3-Ingredient Healthy Desserts: Healthy Kulfi Bites
This easy recipe combines milk, the creaminess of soaked cashews, and the natural sweetness of dates for a refreshing and nutritious treat.

Ingredients
- 15 Soft Dates, soaked
- 1/4 cup Cashewnuts/kaju, soaked
- 1 cup (250ml) Warm milk
Instructions

In a mixer jar, add in dates, kaju and warm milk.

Blend everything till smooth.

Transfer the mixture to a ice cube tray. Add a layer of foil paper on top.

Poke holes in the centre of each cube and add little sticks .

Deep freeze for atleast 4 hours or overnight.

Remove from the freezer and let it sit out for 10 mins.

Remove the kulfi from the tray and enjoy!
