My 3ingredient Chocolate ice cream went viral . So I made a 3 ingredient Strawberry ice cream. It is made using simple ingredients and so so good .

Instructions

In a non drink pan, heat strawberries till soft and mushy. Use a potato smasher and smash th strawberries to make strawberry compote. Let it cool completely.

In a bowl, whip cream till soft peaks

Add condensed milk and strawberry compote. Whip till everything is well combined.

Ina freezer safe container, pour the ice cream mixture.Cover with cling wrap.

Freeze overnight and enjoy!
