- 4-5 pitted dates
- 6-7 anjeer(dried figs)
- 0.5 cups hot milk
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup chilled milk
Instructions

In a bowl, soak dates , anjeer and cinnamon in hot milk for 30mins

Then transfer this to a mixer jar.

Add chilled milk to the jar and blend till smooth.

Your milkshake is ready to serve with some chia seeds and more Anjeer.
