
Asian Stir Fry Maggi
Take your regular maggiindia to the bext level with this delicous Asian stir fry maggi. Its also a great way to add more veggies in your maggi.

Ingredients
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 cup veggies of your choice(I used carrot, bell peppers and babycorn )
- Salt(only for veggies)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 packet maggi
- 1 packet maggi masalaaker
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp red chilli sauce or sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- Spring onion and sesame seeds for garjjishing

Take your regular maggi to the next level with this Asian stir fry maggi.

To make this, in a pan heat some oil, saute some garlic and add 1 cup of vegetables of your choice.

Add salt and pepper and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add a packet of maggi, the masala maker, add water according to the packet measurements, add some ground sugar, soy sauce, red chilli sauce and some vinegar.

Give it all a good mix and let this cook for 5-7 minutes with the lid on.

Let this cook, garnish with some spring onions and sesame seeds and enjoy this hot and delicious maggi.
