- 1 tsp jeera
- 2 cups mushrooms
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup Chettinad masala gravy from @gramthecurry
- 1 tortilla
- 2 tsp green chutney
- 2-3 lettuce leaves
- 4-5 onion rings
- 1 tbsp yoghurt garlic sauce
- 1 tsp podi masala
- Yogurt garlic sauce :
- 1 cup hung curd
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp sugar

Heat oil in a kadai, add Jira, mushroom salt and let the mushrooms cook for 3-5 minutes.

Curry gram offers ready to cook gravy which contain no preservatives, no artificial flavours and no colours.

Once oil releases from the gravy, set it aside.

Now spread green chutney over a tortilla, add the mushroom filling that we just prepared, add some lettuce for some freshness, some onions, yogurt, garlic sauce, recipes in the caption and add some poori masala and make a wrap, give a cut at the centre and enjoy your delicious Chethinad mushroom wrap.
