Coconut Jaggery Barfi
A wholesome 3-ingredient Indian sweet made with desiccated coconut and jaggery. Healthy, refined sugar-free, and utterly delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Jaggery powder
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Ghee (optional)
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder (optional)
Instructions

In a pan, add jaggery powder and water. Heat until jaggery melts evenly.

Add milk and desiccated coconut to the pan. Mix well.

Cook on medium heat, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan.

Add ghee and cardamom powder if using. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a greased tray or plate. Press down firmly.

Let it cool to room temperature, then cut into squares or diamond shapes.
