   So for episode 5 of Singles of Desserts I'm making single serve hot chocolate.

   In a saucepan add milk, cocoa powder, sugar, cornstarch and some dark chocolate and whisked everything is well combined.

   Now heat this on a medium flame till it gets all nice and bubbly, add in the pinch of salt and your hot chocolate is ready.

   Serve it with some whipped cream and some grated chocolate and enjoy.
