  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 10-15 sliced mushrooms
  • 4-5 g arlic cloves, chopped
  • 1.5 tsp oregeno
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 cup vegetable stock
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup cream

Instructions

    This is a very versatile gravy that you can use to serve with your herb rice or sizzle sauce etc.

    To make this gravy, saute some onion, add in the sliced mushrooms, and cook them till the water evaporates and the mushrooms caramelize.

    Add some chopped garlic and oregano and saute for 2 minutes.

    Add butter and flour and mix till well combined.

    Now add vegetable stock, soy sauce, salt and pepper and boil this for about 5 minutes.

    Once it boils, add in some cream and mix till you get this luscious and creamy mushroom gravy.
