Ingredients
- 20 Oreos
- 450 g cream cheese, softened (preferably homemade)
- 1.5 cups dark chocolate , melted
- 1. In a bowl, whip cream cheese till light and fluffy . Add melted chocolate and whisk again. Pour the mixture over the oreo biscuit base and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight for best results

For the Base:

Separate the creams from the Oreos. Melt the creams. Pop the Oreos into a zip lock bag, crush using a rolling pin.

Grease and line a springform or loose bottom pan. Mix Oreos with cream and 2tbsp cream cheese .Mix the crumbs together well then with the back of a spoon, press the crumb down onto the base of the dish firmly to create your crust.
