Ingredients
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup unflavoured oil
- 1 cup maida/all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp coffee
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 1/4 cup chopped walnut (inside the cake)
- 1/4 cup chopped walnut (on top)
Instructions

Preheat the oven at 180C. In a bowl, whisk together curd, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla essence .

add oil and whisk .

Sift maida and sugar and a pinch of salt .

Fold the batter gently . Mix coffee and hot water and mix into the batter.

Add chopped walnuts in the batter and fold it in. Add chopped walnuts on the top.

Bake the cake at 180C for 25-30 mins
