Ingredients
- 18 dates, deseeded
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cu powdered sugar
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup walnuts , chopped
- 1 tsp vinegar
Instructions

Remove the seeds of the walnut and add to a mixer jar and make a paste .now add milk and blend again to make a purée.

Transfer the Puri to a bowl and add in oil, vanilla, essence and powdered sugar. Whisk this together till it combines.

Now sift in flour and baking soda. Gently fold it into the date mixture. Add half of the chopped walnuts and vinegar and gently fold in to make the batter.

Transfer the batter into a 6 inch greased and lined cake tin . Bake at one 80°C for 40 to 45 minutes or until the skewer inserted comes out clean. Let the K cool completely and enjoy with your cup of coffee..
