Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup curd
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions

In a bow, whisk together ghee and powdered sugar till it is light in color.

Add in the curd and vanilla and whisk again .

Sift in maida, baking powder and baking soda .

With the help of a spatula mix to make a smooth batter. Do not overmix.

Transfer to a greased and lined 8” loaf tin.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 45-50 mins or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.

Let the cake cool slightly in the tin. Remove the cake into a coooing rack and let it cool completely.

Slice it and enjoy!
