Ingredients: 1/4 cup melted butter(salted); 3/4 cup warm milk; 1 tsp vanilla; 1/2 cup castor sugar; 1 cup maida or all purpose flour; 1/4 cup cocoa powder; 2 tsp baking powder; Fudge sauce:; 3 tbsp cocoa powder; 1 cup brown sugar; 1 1/4 cup boiling hot water

This is the prefect dessert to make in this season. Its gooey, chocolatey and so delicious !

Ingredients

1/4 cup melted butter(salted)
3/4 cup warm milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup castor sugar
1 cup maida or all purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
Fudge sauce:
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cup boiling hot water

Instructions

In a bowl, mix together butter, milk ,vanilla and sugar.

Sift in maida, cocoa powder and baking powder

Fold in to make the batter . Transfer the batter to a oven safe bowl.

In another bowl , mix together brown sugar and cocoa powder

Sprinkle this mixture generously over the cake batter .

Pour boiling hot water over it and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 30-35 mins or will the centre is wobbly .

Enjoy hot on its own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream 🍨
