   Can you believe this mango ice cream is made with just 3 ingredients.

   For episode 2 of the mango week, we are making this creamy, dreamy mango ice cream.

   To make the ice cream in a bowl, add some whipping cream and whip the cream till it reaches soft to medium peaks.

   To that add condensed milk and fresh mango pulp.

   That's all ingredients you need and now mix everything is very well combined and we'll transfer this into a freezer safe container.

   We'll level the ice cream and we're going to top it off with some extra mango pulp to give it that extra mango flavour.

   Make a soil design at the top, cover it with cling wrap and then freeze the ice cream overnight.
