Ingredients
- 3 tbsp milk, room temp
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 cup (113g) salted butter, softened
- 1 cup castor sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp red gel color
- 1 1/4 cup maida/ all purpose flour
- 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup white choc chips to mix in& 1/4 cup white choc chips on top

Preheat the oven at 180C . Mix milk and vinegar and let it rest for 5 mins

Whip butter, sugar and vanilla till light and fluffy

Sift maida, cocoa powder and baking soda

Add red color in the milk mixture and add to the flour butter mixture . Mix to form a dough.

Add white chocolate chips and combine.

Scoop cookies with an ice cream scoop. Top with white chocolate chips and freeze the cookies for 15mins .

Bake the cookies at 180C for 12-15 mins
