Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp milk, room temp
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1/2 cup (113g) salted butter, softened
  • 1 cup castor sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp red gel color
  • 1 1/4 cup maida/ all purpose flour
  • 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup white choc chips to mix in& 1/4 cup white choc chips on top

Instructions

    Preheat the oven at 180C . Mix milk and vinegar and let it rest for 5 mins

    Whip butter, sugar and vanilla till light and fluffy

  3. 3

    Sift maida, cocoa powder and baking soda

  4. 4

    Add red color in the milk mixture and add to the flour butter mixture . Mix to form a dough.

    Add white chocolate chips and combine.

  6. 6

    Scoop cookies with an ice cream scoop. Top with white chocolate chips and freeze the cookies for 15mins .

    Bake the cookies at 180C for 12-15 mins

    Let it cool completely on a wire each and enjoy!

    Enjoy these cookies with a glass of milk .

    Store these cookies in an airtight container for a week.
