Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Whole wheat flour
  • 1.5 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Curd / yoghurt

Instructions

    In a bowl, add all dry ingredients — whole wheat flour, baking powder, powdered sugar, and salt. Whisk to combine.

    Add in the wet ingredients — melted butter, vanilla, milk, and yoghurt. Mix to form a smooth batter.

    Heat a non-stick pan over medium flame.

    Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and let it cook for 3-4 minutes until bubbles appear on top.

    Flip carefully and cook for another 3-4 minutes until golden brown.

    Serve stacked with honey or maple syrup and fresh fruits of your choice!
