Ingredients
- 500 ml Full fat milk
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1/4 cup fresh cream , @amul_india
- 1/2 tsp elaichi powder
- 10-12 strands of saffron soaked in warm water
- 8 slices of bread馃崬
- 1 .5 cups whipping cream, whipped (add elaichi, kesar and yellow color )
- Crushed pistachios for garnish

We start by making the Treslaches milk mixture.

For that in a heavy bottom pan, heat some milk along with some condensed milk and fresh cream.

The classic Rasmalai flavors will add some malaiji and some soaked casar.

Cook this for 10-12 minutes till it becomes slightly thick.

Let this mixture cool completely.

Now take 8 slices of bread and cut off the sides.

Arrange the first 4 slices of bread at the bottom of the pan.

Add another layer of bread on top.

Now pour the milk mixture on top of this till it is completely drenched.

Finish it off with some whipping cream and pistachios and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

Take out a huge slice of this and enjoy.
