Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F). Line a square baking tin with parchment paper.

    Melt butter and chocolate together, then let cool slightly.

    Add sugar, eggs (or egg substitute), and vanilla. Mix until smooth.

    Fold in the flour and any mix-ins like nuts or chocolate chips.
