This is a great snack to serve for your Diwali party

- 1 puff pastry sheet roll(I used from a brand called @unroll
- 4
- In a pan, heat oil, sauté ginger and chillies
- 5
- Add potato , peas and all the masalas
- 6
- Add coriander and mash the mixture to make the samosa filling
- 7
- Thaw the puff pastry sheet and roll it out till even
- 8
- Spread the samosa filling evenly and roll the puff tightly
- 9
- Freeze the roll for 30 mins in order to make clean slices
- 10
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 25 mins and then 140C for 10’mins till golden brown and crispy

-Serve hot with teekhi meethi chutney
