Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp flax seed powder
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 180C .

    Add water to flax meal and let it sit for 5 mins . It will turn into a gel like consistency.

    Add almond flour, salt and sesame seeds and make a dough.

  4. 4

    Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and cut into shapes of your choice.

  5. 5

    Bake the cookie at 180C for 12-15 mins

    Let them cool completely in the tray .
