Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Almonds
- 8 pieces Dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 pinch Sea salt (optional)
Instructions

Soak dates in hot water for 10 minutes, then discard the water.

In a mixer jar, blend together almonds, soaked dates, cocoa powder, vanilla, and sea salt until combined.

Take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into small truffle balls using your palms.

Coat each truffle generously with cocoa powder.
