- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup dates
- Top layer
- 1/2 cup dates
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate,70%
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

In a mixer grinder jar, blend together walnuts and dates.

In a cake ring or mould, add the walnut layer and press down and deep freeze.

In a mixer grinder jar, blend together dates, chocolate, milk, vanilla and salt.

Add the filling layer on top of the walnut layer and level.

Let it side in the deep freezer for 2 hours.
