Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup paneer, crumbled
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup coriander, chopped
  • 1 ” ginger, grated
  • 1 g reen chilli , chopped
  • salt
  • 1 /2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp rock salt
  • 1 boiled potato, smashed
  • 1-2 tbsp besan (optional- only if you feel the mixture is not binding )
  • Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

    In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients above.

    Shape into Tikkis and shallow fry on both sides .
