Ingredients
- in a non-stick pan, add 1 tsp oil and 1 tbsp butter. Add 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped green chilli and a handful of coriander. Add sat, turmeric, red chilli powder and podi /gunpowder and mix .
- Cook for 5mins till tomatoes turn mushy.
- Divide the mixture into 3 parts and add a dollop of batter over each part.
- Cover and cook for 10mins on low flame. Open lid and cook the idli on the other side for 30seconds.
- Flip and serve with coconut and tomato chutney . #and enjoy!!!
