I call these cutlets
Because I add all the veggies I possibly can. And they taste so yum. These are easy to make and you can have it as a meal as well.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cabbage
- 1/2 cup purple cabbage
- 1/4 cup French beans
- 1/4 cup red capsicum
- 1/4 cup yellow capsicum
- 1/4 cup carrot
- 1/4 cup coriander
- 1 g reen chilli
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 cup rava (semolina)
- 4 tbsp rice flour
- Oil
Instructions

Mix all veggies and add salt and mix all it with your hands .

Add rava and rice flour and mix. Let it rest for 15-20mins .

After resting, mix with hands to make a dough.

Take a section and make a ball and flatten it to make a cutlet .

Heat a pan and shallow the cutlets on both sides.

Enjoy with chutney and ketchup .
