
Jaggery Sandesh
In this episode, im making Jaggery sandesh made with just 3 ingredients. Simple, healthy ans delicious. When you are craving somehting sweet, make this high protein dessert.

Ingredients
- 1 litre milk
- 1 tbsp vinegar/lemon juice
- 1/4 cup jaggery(add more if you want it sweeeter)
Instructions

In a thick bottom pan, heat milk till it comes to a boil.

Add vinegar and take it off heat. Milk will curdle.

Strain the curdled milk using a strainer and a cotton cloth.

squeee out the excess water. You just made some chenna

Trasnfer the chenna to a mixer jar.

Add jaggery powder and blend it till jaggery is dissolved.

Roll into peda shape .

Its optional, but garnish with saffran on top. Refrigerate of 2 hours and enjoy!
