Ingredients
- Pulp of 2 mangoes~ 2 cups
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Purée pulp of 2 mangoes.

Transfer pulp to a non stick pan and heat on low -medium flame . A

Add sugar and lemon and continue cooking . Keep stirring to prevent burning at the bottom.

Cook for 7-8 mins till he reaches a thick jammy consistency.

Transfer to an airtight glass container. Let it cool completely and then put the lid on .

You can store in the fridge for up to 3 months in an airtight glass container. To store it for longer, you need to sterilise the glass container .
