Ingredients
- 1 cup methi, chopped
- 1 cup besan
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 2 tbsp curd
- salt
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 tsp dhania jeera powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp haldi
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- oil for frying

In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients and make a dough

Make balls and set aside.

Heat oil till it starts smoking. Reduce the flame and fry the balls on low flame till golden brwon and crispy .
