Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tsp instant coffee
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup yogurt/curd
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 3 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 dates , pitted

Instructions

    Blend all ingredients together in a mixer and serve cold .

    Garnish with chia seeds/almonds/ walnuts etc and
