Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 tsp instant coffee
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup yogurt/curd
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 3 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 dates , pitted
Instructions

Blend all ingredients together in a mixer and serve cold .
