  • 1 cup grated Mooli
  • salt
  • 1/2 cup Mooli greens , chopped
  • 1/4 cup coriander, chopped
  • 1 g reen chilly , chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ajwain
  • 1/4 tsp jeera
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp dhania jeera powder
  • Roti dough- Wheat atta, salt, water and oil

Instructions

    For the filling, add salt to the grated Muli and set it aside for 10 minutes.

    In a bowl, add Muli greens, coriander greens, green chillies, Swiss out all the water from the Muli and add it to the bowl.

    Add salt, ajwain, cumin, red chilli powder and some coriander cumin powder and give it a mix to make your paratha filling.

    Take a big piece of your roti dough and make a well with your hands.

  5. 5

    Add the filling and pinch the dough to seal the filling inside the dough.

  6. 6

    Dust the surface with some flour and roll out the paratha to your desired size.

  7. 7

    Cook the paratha on both sides with some ghee and serve hot with some butter or mackerel.
