Mushroom Fried rice
This is an absolutely cracker dish. It gets ready in 10minutes and great for a quick lunch or dinner. You can have it with manchurian ir just like that. I usually have with some schezwan chutney. So

- In a same pan , add oil, and sauté 2 tbsp chopped ginger, 2 tbsp chopped garlic, 1/4 spring onion whites and 1 green chilli(chopped)

- Add 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 2 tbsp chopped beans, 2 tbsp chopped spring onion ,and the mushrooms and salt and pepper

-Add 1 tbsp soy sauce,2 tsp vinegar and add 1 cup boiled rice and mix

Let it cook for 3-3 mins in high flame

- Serve hot and garnish with chopped spring onion
