No-bake Strawberry Cheesecake
This is one of the easiest dessert that you can make at home. It is so rich and delicious! Its a perfect party dessert recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 .5 cups biscuits
- 2 tbsp melted butter, salted
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup strawberry compote
Instructions

In a vessel, whip whipping cream till stiff peaks.

Add in softened cream cheese, condensed milk, vanilla and lemon juice. Keep aside .

Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter till it turns sandy.

In a glass, add 3 tbsp biscuit mixture. Then add a layer of cream cheese mixture.

Add a layer of strawberry compote ,then a layer of cream cheese moisture .

Finish off with a layer of strawberry compote.

Chill for 3-4 hours. And enjoy!!
