
No-Yeast Quinoa Bread

Ingredients
- 300 g Quinoa
- 1/4 cup Chia seeds
- 1 cup Water (for chia seeds)
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 3/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Mixed seeds

Wash and soak quinoa in water for 4 hours. Discard the water.

Soak chia seeds in 1 cup water for 30 minutes until gel-like.

Combine the chia seeds and quinoa. Blend to get a smooth batter (use no more than 1/4 cup water).

Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Add baking soda, lemon juice, salt, and honey.

Mix everything until well combined.

Transfer the batter to a 9-inch baking loaf tin. Sprinkle mixed seeds on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 1 hour 30 minutes.

Let it cool completely before slicing. Enjoy with butter!
