
Soft Paneer at Home
Store bought paneer is usually hard and chewy. But you can make the softest Paneer at home with just 2 ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1.5 L milk
- 2 tbsp viengar
- 2 tbsp water

In a pan, heat milk and let it come to a boil.

In a bowl, mix vinegar and water and keep aside

once the milk reaches a rolling boil. Switch off the gas

Do not keep the gas on after this .

add 1 tbsp of vinegar mixture and stir only once . And let it sit for 2 mins

Do not over mix .

After 2 mins , add 1 tbsp of vinegar mixture and repeat the process.

Continue doing this till the milk curdles completely

Strain the mixture using a clean cotton /muslin cloth . Wash off with water .

Do not set the mixture sit for too long

Let the water drain out. Shape the Paneer and put a heavy weight on it and let it sit in the refrigerator for one hour.
