  • Pasta dough:
  • 1/2 cup sooji
  • 1/2 cup maida
  • Salt
  • Hot water
  • Filling:
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 4-5 g arlic cloves
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup paneer, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp oregeno
  • Pink sauce:
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4-5 cloves garlic
  • 3 tomatoes (purée)
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp oregeno
  • 1 tbsp basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • Once Ravioli are shaped, cook them in boiling water and salt for 7-8 mins .
  • Heat 1 tsp oil and 1 tbsp butter. Add oregeno , chilli flakes and boiled ravioli . Cook for 2 mins and assemble your pasta.
  • To assemble , serve the sauce at the bottom . Add the cooked ravioli . Garnish with chilli oil and oregano and basil.
