Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp Chia seeds
  • Strawberries and granola for garnish

Instructions

    Blend strawberries, Greek yoghurt, milk, honey, and vanilla together until smooth.

    Pour the mixture into jars or bowls.

    Add chia seeds and stir well to combine.
