Instructions

    - In a pan, heat milk and reduce it to half while stirring constantly

    - Add saffron and Elaichi powder

  3. 3

    - then add the mango purée and cook for6-7 mins

  4. 4

    - Add paneer and cook till mixture becomes dry

  5. 5

    - Add jaggery and ghee and cook till the Kalakand leaves the pan

  6. 6

    - once set, cut into pieces and serve
