Ingredients

  • 15 soft dates, deseeded
  • 1/2 cup walnuts(to add to dates)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate,70%
  • 1 ,4 cup walnuts( to add to dark chocolate)

Instructions

    In a food processor, Pulse walnuts till they are coarse in texture.

    Soak dates in warm water for 10 mins.

  3. 3

    Add the dates to the food processor along with the walnuts.

  4. 4

    Roll the mixture into balls.

  5. 5

    Deep freeze for 30 mins.

  6. 6

    Melt dark chocolate in microwave or using double boiler.

  7. 7

    Chop walnuts finely and add to the melted dark chocolate.

  8. 8

    Dunk the frozen walnut balls into the dark chocolate and coat them properly.

  9. 9

    Let it set in the fridge for 15 mins and enjoy!
