- Masala-
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp methi seeds
- 1/4 tsp hing
- Marinade:
- 1/4 cup thick curd
- 2 tbsp besan/chickpea flour
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp Kasuri methi
- 1 tsp jeera powder
- Masala we made before
- 200 g paneer
- 8-10 onion petals
- 8-10 capsic petals
- Oil or butter for cooking
- Tip:
- You can also bake in an oven at 250C for 20-25 mins
