Ingredients
- Crust:
- Pista paste-
- 1/2 cup pista
- 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup oil, unflavoured
- 2-3 drops green food Color, optional
- 1 cup vermicilli, broken
- 5 tbsp butter
- Filling:
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, soft
- 1/2 cup whipped cream(already whipped)
- 1 tap vanilla
- 4 tbsp condensed milk
- Chocolate sauce:
- 1 cup milk chocolate
- 1 tbsp oil

In a mixer jar, blend pista, white chocolate, oil to a paste. This will take a lot of time.

In a pan, roast vermicilli with butter till it it golden brown and crispy. Let it cool .

Add pista paste to vermicelli and mix till combined.

Take a container or a springform pan. Add cling wrap on all sides .

Push the vermicelli pista mixture at the bottom and sides to form a cup like shape. Freeze for 30mins .

Whip together cream cheese, whipped cream, vanilla and condensed milk to make a cheesecake filling.

Add the filling inside the vermicilli cup inside the container. Refrigerate for 4 hours of overnight.

Loosen the cheesecake from the sides . And flip it on the serving plate. Take off the plastic.

Melt some milk chocolate . Add in the oil and mix to form a smooth sauce like consistency.

Drizzle the sauce over the cheesecake. Drizzle the pista paste and Dig in!
