Whole Wheat Jaggery
Made this simple , sugar free cookies to accompany my chai time. They are rich , delicious and nutritious . Made with easily available ingredients like ghee, jaggery and whole wheat flour.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1/2 cup jaggery powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup Whole wheat flour
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180C .
- 2
Whisk together jaggery and ghee till light and fluffy.

Add 1 tsp Vanilla essence, salt, baking powder, salt and whole wheat flour.

Mix till it forms a dough. Divide into cookies and garnish with pistachios .

Baje to 180C for 12-15mins

Let the cookies cool completely .
